Client Policies, Payments & Cancellations

Thank you for choosing to work with Kea Schwarz Functional Nutrition, LLC. My goal is to provide personalized nutrition services that are professional, transparent, and respectful of both our time. Please review the following policies before scheduling your session or purchasing a personalized meal plan.

💳 Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.

  • Services will not begin until payment and all required forms (intake, policies, agreements) are received.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards or any platform-specific payment options provided during checkout.

  • All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable once the initial session has taken place or work has begun on your personalized plan.

📅 Scheduling & Communication

  • Once your intake form is complete, you’ll receive an email to schedule your connection call (usually 30-40 minutes).

  • During this call, we will review your intake, discuss your goals, and confirm the structure of your plan.

  • Your plan will be delivered via email in 3-5 business days after your connection call, unless otherwise communicated.

  • All follow-up questions or minor adjustments can be handled via email for the same length of time as your chosen plan (2 weeks or 1 month).

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Because personalized meal plans are custom-created based on your unique needs, refunds are not available once work has begun or the initial meeting has occurred.

Please understand that my time is valuable, and time spent reviewing your intake, preparing for our session, or developing your plan represents professional labor that cannot be recovered once the process starts.


Please read carefully:

  • Cancellations before your connection call may be eligible for a refund (minus processing fees) only if no work has started on your plan.

  • Cancellations after your call or once your plan development has started are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling your connection call is permitted with preferred 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed calls or “no-shows” without notice will forfeit the session and are not refundable.

Summary: Once we meet or I begin developing your meal plan, the service is considered rendered — no refunds will be issued.

📧 Plan Adjustments & Follow-Up

  • Each personalized meal plan includes email support for the same time period as the plan purchased (2 weeks or 1 month).

  • This includes clarifications, minor substitutions, and general implementation questions.

  • Major revisions or additional plans require a new service purchase.

  • Materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.

  • By purchasing a meal plan or service, you agree not to reproduce or share materials without written permission.
