Hey there, I’m Kea!

I’m a registered dietitian with a deep passion for functional nutrition and a whole-body approach to wellness. But my interest in gut health and healing didn’t start in a textbook—it started with my own story.

For years, I struggled with IBS, anxiety, and a complicated relationship with food. I know what it’s like to feel bloated all the time, to be afraid of what certain foods might do to your body, and to bounce between restriction and confusion while searching for answers. Those experiences are what led me to functional nutrition and a root-cause approach—because quick fixes and band-aid solutions just didn’t work.

Before becoming a dietitian, I studied environmental science and botanical medicine, and I still love incorporating herbs and natural remedies into my practice. I believe food is medicine, but it should also be enjoyable, stress-free, and sustainable. That’s why I take a non-diet approach, blending science with intuitive and mindful eating to help you heal—not just manage—your symptoms.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me outside on a trail, playing with my dog, or experimenting with new herbal tea blends (because let’s be honest—there’s always room for a good cup of tea).
