My Personalized Meal Plan Experience gives you a fully customized plan designed by a registered dietitian to fit your lifestyle, whether you’re looking to improve digestion, balance hormones, manage weight, or simply eat more nourishing meals with less stress.

💡 How It Works

Step 1: Intake & Onboarding
You’ll complete a brief intake form and client policy agreement. This helps me understand your goals, food preferences, lifestyle, health background, and schedule.

Step 2: Connection Call (15–20 minutes) - Optional
Once your paperwork is received, I’ll reach out to schedule a Zoom or phone call. During this session, we’ll review your intake together, clarify your goals, and discuss how your plan will be structured.

Step 3: Plan Creation
I’ll design your personalized plan based on everything we discussed — tailored to your calorie, macronutrient, and lifestyle needs. You’ll have two format options:

  • 🗒 Flexible Plan: A curated list of meals and snacks you can mix and match each day.

  • 📅 Mapped Plan: A day-by-day schedule outlining exactly what to eat and when.

Each plan includes:

  • Delicious, easy-to-follow recipes with nutrient balance

  • A printable grocery list for simple shopping

  • A professionally formatted PDF meal plan that’s yours to keep

Step 4: Delivery & Support
Your final plan arrives by email as a downloadable PDF within 5–7 business days. You’ll also receive ongoing email support 14-days to ask questions, swap foods, or make small adjustments as needed.
